Seized property will be sold by free sale via an online auction organised by the enforcement officer on the www.huutokaupat.com website.

Bidding period: The sale ends on 24 March 2026 at 15:30 or three minutes after the last bid accepted for the auction.

The property will be offered first as a whole, a total of 110 shares, and then each share series separately. A combined offer will be accepted if it is larger than the sum of the separate offers and, when allocated to the shares in proportion to the separate offers submitted, covers the minimum acceptable offer for each share series. The sales decision will be made on 26 March 2026.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic bid increment. A written offer must be signed and must state the contact details of the bidder, the maximum amount offered and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and follows the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 20 March 2025 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Helsinki office, address PO Box 1, 00067 Enforcement Authority, or by e-mail to erto.helsinki.uo@oikeus.fi.
