The property is first offered for sale as a single lot, a total of 110 shares, and then each share series separately. A combined offer will be accepted if it exceeds the sum of the separate offers and, when allocated to the shares in proportion to the separate offers made, covers each share series' lowest acceptable bid. A sales decision will be made on 26 March 2026.

If it is not possible to submit bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. A written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number the offer concerns. A written purchase offer is binding and follows the same terms as the online auction.
