The seized property will be sold by the enforcement officer by public online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com.

Bidding period: The sale ends on 24 March 2026 at 15:00 or three minutes after the last bid accepted into the auction.

The property is offered for sale first as a whole, a total of 110 shares, and then each share series separately. A joint offer is accepted if it is larger than the sum of the separate offers and, allocated to the shares in proportion to the separate offers made, covers the minimum acceptable bid for each share series. Decision on the sale will be made on 26 March 2026.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the increment mechanism. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com lot number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted by 20 March 2025 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Helsinki office, PO Box 1, FI-00067 Enforcement Authority, or by e‑mail to erto.helsinki.uo@oikeus.fi.
