Purchase bids for the entire property unit (2 properties) are accepted in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com. The auction ends on 17 March 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last bid that is included in the auction.
The enforcement officers may accept or reject the highest bid in the online auction.
It is also possible to submit separate purchase bids for an individual property. Any separate bids must reach the enforcement officer no later than 17 March 2026 at 15:00. Bids should be sent by email to turku.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi or by post to Utsökningsverket, Verksamhetsstället i Turku, Sairashuoneenkatu 2–4, 20100 Åbo. Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability to compensate under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.
If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 13 March 2026 at 12:00 at Ulosottolaitos / realisointi, Sairashuoneenkatu 2–4, 20100 Turku. A written bid is binding and the same conditions apply as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the bid’s maximum amount and the Huutokaupat.com reference number to which the bid relates.
The buyer must immediately pay a deposit equal to 20% of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority’s official account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted.
A payment period of up to six weeks may be granted for the remaining purchase price if necessary. Use of a payment period must be agreed separately. If a payment period is used, annual interest will be payable on the entire purchase price in accordance with Section 3(2) of the Interest Act for the whole agreed payment period from the date of sale until the payment period ends.
If no payment period is granted, the purchase price must be paid immediately after the bid is accepted.
If payment is not made within the specified time, the buyer must pay default interest on the entire purchase price in accordance with Section 4(1) of the Interest Act until the purchase price is paid or a new sale is completed. The default interest rate is currently 9.50%.

The property has been seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by free sale, observing, as applicable, the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code.
The buyer acquires ownership of the property and the deed of sale will be delivered to the buyer only when the sale decision has become final and the purchase price has been paid in full.
