Pursuant to section 57(2) of the Land Use and Building Act, demolition or repairs or alterations that would damage the architectural or historical value of the façades, roofs or stairwells are prohibited.

The plot is 2,033 m² and zoned AO (detached dwellings) in the local plan.

The basement does not contain the sauna facilities shown in the drawings attached to the condition survey.
