• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold directly as used, in their current condition. Goods come from use or storage. The item has been described by the seller for the listing. The product has not been examined by a qualified inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the lot The bidder must, before placing a bid, inspect the lot and any company documents or records relating to it. The buyer cannot subsequently rely on any matter that could have been discovered during the pre-bid inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty from the seller and no exchange or return rights. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pick-up and payment instructions emailed by huutokaupat.com. Please note that each bid may carry its own collection fee; if there are multiple bids, the collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT; VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Products Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making an offer. The goods are not new so defects and omissions may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Always verify all matters related to your purchase decision, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the item, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection (MOT) information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer to the new owner in full. The sale may include inspected vehicles, uninspected vehicles and vehicles with unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A late collection fee of €50 per day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller will resell the item and charge the full difference between the lower sale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms applicable to this auction and the terms of sale before placing a bid.

And please note that:

•   inspect the lot and the information provided before bidding

•   bids are binding and there is no exchange or return right

•   the item is sold on an "as is" basis, but the seller warrants that the information provided in the listing is correct

•   if the seller does not accept or reject the highest bid within two (2) working days of the end of the auction, the bid will no longer bind the bidder
