• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use or storage in their current condition. The items have been described for the sales listing by the seller. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may be latent defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder has a duty to inspect the item, and any company documents and records related to it before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed during the pre-purchase inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or return right provided by the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by e-mail from Huutokaupat.com. Please note each bid may have its own collection fee; if there are multiple winning bids, the collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the “delivery methods and costs” section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible value added tax and VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods come from a bankrupt estate; please take that into account when making an offer. The goods are not brand new so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchasing. Before purchase, always check all relevant matters, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the item, and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any vehicle’s tax, registration and inspection records via Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. The sale may include vehicles that are taxed, untaxed or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower sale price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection fees in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and applicable sale conditions before placing a bid.

And please note that:

• study the item and the information provided about it before bidding

• offers are binding and the item has no exchange or return right

• the item is sold "as is", but the seller warrants that the information in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) business days of the auction closing, the bid no longer binds the bidder
