The product has not been inspected by an independent specialist, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was created.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Bidders must inspect the item, and any company documents, before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without seller warranty, and there is no exchange or return right. Bids are binding.

• 🔕 Origin of goods The items come from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. The goods are not new in the sense of manufacturer-new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so inspect items carefully before buying. Always check all relevant matters before purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, device condition, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking vehicle tax, registration and inspection details from Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be taxed, untaxed or without a valid inspection.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of purchased goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection incurs a charge of €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may re-sell the item and charge the buyer the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price as well as full agency and collection costs with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions before bidding.
