• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected for condition. They are sold directly from use or storage in their current state. The item has been described by the seller for the listing. The item has not been examined by a condition inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when preparing the listing.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders must inspect the item, relevant company documents and records before placing a bid. Buyers cannot later rely on matters that could have been detected during pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no seller warranty, exchange or return right for the item. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions emailed by Huutokaupat.com. Please note each lot has its own collection fee; if you have multiple winning bids, a collection fee applies to each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT and VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. The item may not be new and defects or missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Before deciding to buy, always verify any related matters, e.g. vehicle taxes, condition of the item and potential hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection (MOT) information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  If a buyer withdraws from the purchase, the seller will resell the item and charge the withdrawing buyer the difference between the new (lower) selling price and their offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms before bidding.
