• 🛠️ No inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods come from use or storage. The item has been described in the listing by the seller. The product has not been inspected by a qualified inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item – The bidder must inspect the lot, company documents and related papers before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim something that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Guarantee: The item is sold without warranty by the seller; no exchange or return rights. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions emailed by huutokaupat.com. Please note each lot has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the 'delivery methods and charges' section on the auction page. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT; VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Products – The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. The item is not new so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check the goods carefully before purchase. Always verify any related matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, condition, potential hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection details using Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner in full. The sale may include vehicles that are inspected, uninspected or with unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless stated otherwise. A late-collection charge of €50/day + VAT will be applied.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs, in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale conditions before bidding.

• inspect the item and the information provided before bidding

• bids are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold as seen, but the seller is responsible for ensuring the listing information is correct

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction closing, the bid no longer binds the bidder
