• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-checked. They are sold directly from use or storage in their current condition. The item has been described for the listing by the seller. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so hidden defects not apparent when the listing was prepared may exist.

• 👓 Inspection of the lot The bidder must, before placing a bid, inspect the lot and any company-related documents and records. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item sold carries no seller warranty, nor exchange or return rights. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Note that each winning bid has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, a collection fee applies to each lot. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible value added tax (VAT), nor is VAT added afterwards.

  
  

• 🔕 Origin of goods The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when placing a bid. The item may not be new, and defects or missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchase. Always verify all matters related to your purchase decision, e.g. vehicle taxes, device condition, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking vehicles' tax, registration and inspection status via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes remain the responsibility of the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other service connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a fee of €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the offered price and the new sale price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

• inspect the lot and the provided information before bidding

• bids are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the lot is sold on an "as is" basis, but the seller warrants that the information in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction end, the bid no longer binds the bidder
