• 🛠️ No inspection: The items have not been condition-checked. They are sold directly from use or storage in their current condition. The item has been described by the seller for the listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may be latent defects not noticed when the listing was created.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders are obliged to inspect the item, the company documents and related paperwork before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim something that could have been noticed during prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without warranty from the seller; there is no right to exchange or return. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. • 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. The items are not new in the sense of retail packaging, so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always verify all relevant matters before deciding to buy, e.g. vehicle taxes, condition and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check possible tax, registration and MOT details of vehicles via the Traficom public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be taxed, untaxed or have outstanding taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower selling price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the seller's terms of sale before placing a bid.
