Seized property (leasehold) with buildings, Laukaa

The lot is sold by rising bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 18 Feb – 15 Mar 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system functionality. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has recorded as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. Bids made in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Payment terms

Deposit
The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price into the Enforcement Authority’s official account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted. The highest bidder must state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be considered the buyer.

Payment period
A payment period of up to six weeks may be granted for the final purchase price, if necessary. The payment period must be agreed separately. If a payment period is used, annual interest shall be paid on the whole purchase price in accordance with section 3(2) of the Interest Act for the entire agreed payment period from the date of sale until the payment period ends.

If no payment period is granted, the purchase price must be paid immediately after the bid is accepted.

If payment is not made within the specified time, the buyer must pay default interest on the whole purchase price in accordance with section 4(1) of the Interest Act until the purchase price is paid or a new sale has taken place.

Buyer’s liabilities and rights to be transferred

The buyer is responsible for any charges related to the transfer of connection agreements.

Other information

The property is seized and will be sold by open sale carried out by the enforcement officer in accordance, where applicable, with the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Buyers are strongly advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the lot, the sales brochure and the attached documents before making an offer.

The State has a pre-emptive right to purchase the property if acquisition is necessary for national defence, border control or border security or to safeguard territorial integrity (Act on the State’s Pre-emptive Right in Certain Areas 29 Mar 2019/469).

Persons from outside the EU and EEA may acquire real estate in the territory of Finland only if a permit is granted (Act on the Require­ment of a Permit for Certain Acquisitions of Real Estate 29 Mar 2019/470). Appeals

An enforcement appeal concerning the sale and actions related to or preceding the sale must be lodged within three weeks from the date of sale. Instructions on how to appeal are attached to the sale decision.
