The seized object is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period runs from 16/02/2026 to 11/03/2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability to compensate under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has registered as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to approve or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to place a bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the bid increment automation. The written offer must be delivered no later than 09/03/2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority in writing at Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com object number to which the offer relates. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.
