The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to approve or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of €7,000 to the Enforcement Authority's official account. Acceptance of the bid and payment instructions will be notified to the buyer separately.

In addition to payment of the purchase price, transfer of ownership requires that the sale has become final. The share certificate with transfer annotation will be handed over to the buyer when the full purchase price has been paid to the enforcement officer, the sale has become final, and the buyer has provided evidence to the enforcement officer that the transfer tax has been paid to the tax authority.
