The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. Acceptance of a bid is conditional on the approval of the bankruptcy estate's largest creditors.

The item is sold in its current condition and with the equipment it has at the time of sale. No warranties are given and the item is sold "as is". By placing a bid, the bidder accepts the condition of the item as is.

The descriptions in the listing are only the seller's estimates of the item for sale.

The buyer must understand that the seller is a bankruptcy estate, which will be wound up when the bankruptcy proceedings conclude.

Viewing the property

Bidders must view the item before making a binding offer.

A public viewing will be held on 24 February 2026 if there are advance registrations. You must register for the viewing in advance by 14:00 on 23 February 2026 at moona.riikonen@fennolaw.fi.

Bidding

Bids must be placed via the huutokaupat.com service by the stated deadline.

The seller is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system recognises as highest.

By placing a bid, bidders accept that their details will be disclosed to the listing contact for the purpose of accepting or rejecting bids.

After the auction ends the bankruptcy estate will contact the highest bidder.

Withdrawal of a bid

If a bidder withdraws an accepted bid, they must compensate the seller for costs incurred from organising the failed auction in the amount of €1,000.00.

Conclusion of sale

The time of completion will be agreed with the buyer separately after the auction ends.

The seller's deed of sale will be used at completion.

The seller will obtain the official extracts related to the shares in connection with completion.

The buyer must pay the purchase price to the seller's specified bank account at the completion meeting.

The buyer will receive ownership and possession of the item after signing the deed of sale and paying the purchase price.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the costs of the attesting officer.

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax.

The buyer is responsible for the 2026 property tax and any other possible taxes and charges.

The buyer is responsible for any charges and interest encumbering connections so that the connections can be transferred.
