The deadline for submitting offers ends on 15 March 2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted offer).

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. A written purchase offer is binding and the same conditions as in the online auction apply to it. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's personal and contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the huutokaupat.com object number to which the offer applies. Submission of a written offer must be agreed with the enforcement officer in advance and the offer must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority's Lahti office, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti, no later than 11 March 2026 at 12:00.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest.
The Enforcement Authority may, at its discretion, extend the deadline for submitting offers.

The buyer is responsible for any fees related to the transfer of connection agreements.

The seized property is sold in an online auction with automatic increments on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase offers expires on 15 March 2026 at 18:00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase offer accepted for the auction has been made.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be connected to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 11 March 2026 at 12:00 at the address below.
