Terms of sale

The property is sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 10 February 2026 and 5 March 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 5 March 2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one recorded by the service provider's system as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids made in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or to extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via the www.huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The offer must be submitted in writing no later than 4 March 2026 at 12:00 to the address below:

The written offer is binding and the same conditions as the online auction apply. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum bid amount and the www.huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates.

The property has been seized and is sold by a free sale conducted by the enforcement officer, observing where applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the sale object.

Buyers are urged to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the property, the sales brochure and the attached documents before making an offer.

An appeal to the enforcement authority concerning the sale or actions related to or preceding the sale must be lodged within three weeks from the date of sale. Appeal instructions are attached to the sale decision.
