Offers submitted in the online auction are binding. If an accepted offer is made, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to make a purchase offer through the service huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be added to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment feature. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's personal and contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the huutokaupat.com item number the offer concerns. Arrangements for submitting a written offer must be agreed with the enforcement officer in advance, and the offer must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority, Lahti office, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti, no later than 04 March 2026 at 12:00.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has accepted as the highest.
The Enforcement Authority may, at its discretion, extend the deadline for submitting offers.

Any fees for transfer of utility or other subscription agreements are the buyer's responsibility.

The seized property is sold in an online auction with automatic increments on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase offers expires on 08 March 2026 at 18:00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase offer accepted to the auction has been made.

If it is not possible to place a bid via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be connected to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 04 March 2026 at 12:00 at the address below.
