Seized property in Kannus, Kannus

The property has been seized and will be sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer in accordance with section 76 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing, as applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid submitted in the online auction. The buyer must immediately pay the full purchase price or at least a deposit of 20% of the purchase price. Detailed payment instructions will be provided by the Enforcement Authority when an offer is accepted.
