Seized property in Perno, Turku, Turku

The lot is sold in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The online auction ends at 13:00 on 5 March 2026 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

Offers made in the online auction are binding. If the highest offer is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority’s official account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card.

The remaining purchase price may, if necessary, be given up to six weeks’ payment time. Interest under section 3(2) of the Interest Act will be charged on the whole purchase price for the payment period. The current annual interest rate under section 3(2) of the Interest Act is 2.50%.

If it is not possible to submit bids via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. A written offer must be signed and must state the offeror’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com object number to which the offer relates. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be submitted no later than 12:00 on 2 March 2026 to the Enforcement Authority’s Turku office at Sairashuoneenkatu 2–4, 20100 Turku, or by e‑mail to turku.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The property has been seized and is sold by free sale carried out by the enforcement officer in accordance with the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code, as applicable.

Prospective buyers are advised to inspect the property for sale carefully and to read the sales brochure and the documents attached to it. The sales brochure is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the property. Prospective buyers should therefore familiarise themselves with the property before submitting an offer.

The buyer must apply for title registration within six months of the date of the deed of sale. The buyer must independently pay the transfer tax when applying for title. The transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price.

The buyer acquires ownership and the deed of sale will be handed over to the buyer only after the sale has become final and the full purchase price has been paid.
