The property will be sold by competitive bidding in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com

during the period 29 January 2026 - 19 February 2026. Participation in the online auction requires registration.

The deadline for submitting bids ends on 19 February 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider's system.

The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest.

The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability pursuant to Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid under the automatic increment system. The offer must be delivered no later than 16 February 2026 at 12:00 in writing to the Enforcement Agency/Realisation at the address below:

A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer applies.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or to extend the sale period.

The asset has been seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by free sale in accordance, where applicable, with the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code.

Transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the costs of registration and the transfer tax. The buyer must apply for title registration within six months of the date of the deed. The buyer must pay the transfer tax proactively no later than when applying for title registration, unless the buyer is exempt from paying transfer tax.
