The City of Tampere is offering the single-family plot 837-327-7731-4 in the Vuores district for sale by tender.

Vuores is known for its green outdoor opportunities and excellent transport connections. Depending on the location, it is about 7–10 kilometres south of Tampere city centre and comprehensive services are available nearby.

There are no mortgages, registered easements, usage restrictions or other encumbrances on the property according to the land register. The city has not carried out any soil investigations on the plot.

The plots sold by the City of Tampere based on submitted offers are open to all adult private individuals. The city will check payment default records for the highest accepted bidder. An offer will be rejected in full if the applicant has a payment default record at the time of application. If the same private individual submits the highest accepted bid for several different plots in the same auction batch, the winner may choose which of these plots they take. After the choice, the remaining plots will be offered to the next highest accepted bidders.

The seller reserves the right to accept or reject offers. Submitted offers are binding and the maker of an accepted offer is obliged to comply with the terms of the sale and to pay the offered price and other costs related to the transaction. The sale also requires a legally valid decision by the competent official or body, which will be made without delay after the tender. The decision is public and will be published on the city’s website. Personal data (names) are removed from the decision after the appeal period. By submitting an offer you accept that your name will be published in the decision. The decision will not show the names of applicants who have a valid protection order (restriction on disclosure of information under section 36, chapter 4 of the Act on the Digital and Population Data Services Agency).

The city will contact the highest accepted bidder after the tender and request any necessary personal data of the parties to the offer and any protection orders.

The plot holder will be required to sign a connection agreement and pay the fees required by the waste collection and retrieval service company operating in the Vuores area (currently Pirkan Putkikeräys Oy).
