The City of Tampere is offering for sale by tender the detached house plot 837-32-7781-1 in the Ojala district.

The Ojala district is being developed on the boundary between Tampere and Kangasala. Ojala is about 10 km from Tampere city centre. The nearest service centre will be the Lamminrahka area being built on the Kangasala side.

There are no mortgages, register-based easements, usage restrictions or other encumbrances on the property. The ground of the property has not been investigated by the city.

Plots offered by the City of Tampere in this tender are available to any private individual of legal age. The city will check payment default records for those who have made the highest accepted offers. An application will be rejected in full if the applicant has a payment default at the time of application. If the same individual makes the highest acceptable offers for several different plots in the same auction batch, the winner may choose which of those plots to take. After the choice, the remaining plots will be offered to the next highest acceptable bidders.

The seller reserves the right to accept or reject offers. Submitted offers are binding and the successful bidder must commit to the terms of sale and pay the price offered and other transaction-related costs. The sale also requires a legally valid decision by the competent official or body, made without delay after the tender. The decision is public and will be available on the city's website. Personal data (names) will be removed from the decision after the period for appeals has expired. By submitting a purchase offer you accept that your name will be published in the decision. The decision will not include the names of applicants who have an active protection order (a data disclosure ban under section 36, chapter 4 of the Act on Digital and Population Data Services).

The city will contact the highest accepted bidder after the tender and request any personal data of the parties to the offer and any protection orders.
