The winner of the bidding process will be offered the option to also purchase the seller’s neighbouring property 92-86-43-4 for €75,000, if desired. The area of property 92-86-43-4 is 1,817 m². In the zoning plan this property is also marked Y (public buildings block) and a building area has been designated where 300 m² may be built.
