Terms:

The property is sold in the condition in which it appears in the advertisement and at the time of sale. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest offer. The sale will be handled by the company’s board. The buyer has no right of exchange or return. No warranty is given for the property. The descriptions in the advertisement are only the seller’s assessments of the property. Auction participants must inspect the property themselves before making binding offers. By placing an offer the bidder accepts the property’s condition as is. The buyer is responsible for all ancillary costs related to the sale, e.g. subdivision fees, the notary’s fee and title deed costs. Offers will be accepted until 1 February 2026.

Inspection

Bidders are obliged to inspect the property, documents and records before making an offer. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been discovered during a preliminary inspection. Viewings must be arranged separately.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information known to the seller that can reasonably be expected to affect the sale.

Conclusion of sale

The sale must be made in the form required by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed will be agreed with the buyer separately. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the signing.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at the time.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party that refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the sale.
