Seized property with buildings in Ruokolahti, Ruokolahti

The property will be sold by successive bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 12 January and 2 February 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 19:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the one the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids made in the online auction are binding. If an accepted bid is made, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price offered within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. A written purchase offer is binding and the same terms as for the online auction apply. The offer must be submitted no later than 29 January 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Lappeenranta office, address Villimiehenkatu 2, 53100 Lappeenranta, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.
