The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operability of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to make a purchase offer via huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 13 January 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Lahti office (Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti) or by e-mail to lahti.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sales period.

The item is sold by online auction with automatic increments on www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase offers expires on 15 January 2026 at 10:00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase offer accepted to the auction has been made.

The bid will be connected to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The bid must be submitted in written form to the Enforcement Authority no later than 13 January 2026 at 12:00 to the address below. A written bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the number of the item in the huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates.
