The item is sold by bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com between 23/12/2025 - 18/01/2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 18/01/2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. If it is not possible to place a purchase bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may deliver a written purchase bid to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The bid must be submitted no later than 15/01/2026 at 12:00 in writing to the Enforcement Agency at Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written purchase bid is binding and the same terms as in the online auction apply. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the bid relates.

The seized item is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 23/12/2025 - 18/01/2026. The sale period ends on 18/01/2026 at 18:00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to approve or reject the highest bid.
