Seized detached house property in Lappeenranta, Lappeenranta

The property will be sold by upward bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 23 December 2025 and 18 January 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 18 January 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under the Enforcement Code, Chapter 5, Section 25.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the bid increment mechanism. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum offer amount and the Huutokaupat.com reference number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 15 January 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Lappeenranta office, address Villimiehenkatu 2, 53100 Lappeenranta, or by e‑mail to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.
