There are outdoor trails nearby where you can enjoy views of Lake Näsijärvi.

The Lapinniemi area is excellent and only a short distance from the centre.

Tampere has plenty to do even in winter: the spa, Särkänniemi aquarium and Näsinneula, museums such as the Moomin Museum, cat café, bowling, escape rooms, minigolf, climbing, shopping, ice swimming and skating on Lake Näsijärvi. And of course many good restaurants.

Owning a holiday week means carefree holidays. As an owner you acquire a share in the holiday apartment. Holiday Club takes care of maintenance and cleaning including bedding so you can focus on relaxing and enjoying your time.

If you cannot use the week yourself there is good demand and the week is easily rentable, or you can transfer the week to a friend by notifying reception who will collect the keys.

Maintenance fee for 2026:

€229.39 / year.

The fee covers final cleaning, bedding, towels, parking, consumables, apartment and yard maintenance and purchases, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and emergency service, reception and key service, property management, administration etc.

The buyer gets use of the apartment from week 15/2026 onwards (Fri 3 April 2026 – Fri 10 April 2026).

Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out at 12:00.

Pets allowed (pet fee €35 / week).

Terms of Sale

The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.

The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.

All shares for sale are mine unless stated otherwise.

Sending sale contracts and share certificates by registered post is included in the price. Delivery of the share certificate as insured post is available for an additional €20.

There are no arrears on the maintenance fee for the share.

Payment immediately, no later than 1 day after the listing closes. If you need longer payment time, please agree this before making an offer, thank you.

The buyer is responsible for Holiday Club’s registration fee (€40 for private individuals / €60 for companies). T:mi Heli Hedman will provide all documents required for registration to Holiday Club.

The buyer must promptly make the transfer tax declaration and pay the transfer tax (1.5% of the purchase price; no tax is payable if under €10) and provide the seller with the transfer tax certificate. T:mi Heli Hedman will send the buyer detailed instructions for making the transfer tax declaration in OmaVero.
