Katinkulta’s high-quality, stylish and versatile spa offers year-round entertainment for the whole family. The spa has over 20 separate pools, hot tubs, counter-current pools, massaging showers, a fountain and a children’s water slide. Outside there is a smoke sauna, ice hole, outdoor pool and a hot tub with bubbles! For children there is a warm kids’ pool, floatation aids and swim mats. Water and air temperature is always +32 °C.
Relax and unwind in Katinkulta’s renewed Sauna World. The new sauna and changing facilities were opened in December 2018. The Sauna World now includes two steam saunas, a cave sauna, a regular sauna and a log sauna next to the experience showers. New features include two tropical experience showers with four selectable programmes with light and sound effects.
Katinkulta’s championship-level golf course, Nuas, is one of Finland’s most beautiful. There is also a course for all levels, Vuokatti for beginner golfers, the club course Tenetti and a driving range for practising shots.
There is also a fine beach, Harmony Spa treatment centre, superpark, megazone & children’s adventure island and excellent activity options (golf, bowling, swimming, gym, golf simulator, tennis, squash, badminton, floorball, table tennis, volleyball ...).
Katinkulta has several restaurants. The newly opened Robert’s Coffee serves speciality coffees, delightful pastries, tasty lunches and artisanal ice cream made on site. The renewed O’Learys restaurant offers a varied menu for every taste and Classic Pizza is known for Vuokatti’s best pizzas. Easy Kitchen serves a generous breakfast daily and themed dinners.
Maintenance charges for 2026:
Basic charge €249.60 / year.
Usage charge €114.40 / year.

The charge covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, firewood, apartment and yard maintenance and purchases, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and emergency service, reception and key service, property management, administration, etc.
Owning a holiday week is above all worry-free holidaying. As an owner of the week you acquire a share of the holiday apartment. Holiday Club takes care of maintenance and cleaning, linen and firewood so you can focus on enjoying the holiday.
If you cannot use the week yourself it is easy to rent out or you can give the week to a friend; simply notify reception who will collect the keys.
The buyer will have use of the share from week 43/2026 (Fri 16/10/2026 - Fri 23/10/2026).
The apartment is available from 18:00 and must be vacated by 10:00.
Pets allowed (pet fee €35 / week).
The sale includes a spa share which entitles the holder to 14 visits to the spa. The spa share’s maintenance charge next year is €82.50 / year, so the cost per spa visit is approximately €5.90 (normal price €27). Visits come as 2 × 7-day wristbands. The wristbands can be sold separately or together if you do not need them. The spa share has its own share certificate and is not tied to the apartment share, so the spa share can be sold or gifted separately later if desired.
Apartment renovation 2025:
The apartments have had new kitchens installed, loft stairs renovated, walls painted, lighting and fixtures renewed, carpets, sockets, light switches, mouldings, all textiles and furniture (sofas, armchairs, stools, beds, mattresses, TV stands and decorative lights) replaced. Energy efficiency was improved by replacing radiators and sealing windows. Bathrooms received a power wash, silicone joints renewed and tile and drain repairs as needed.
The renovation was financed by an extraordinary charge of €318 collected in 2025 (this has been paid!) and thereafter by an annual financing charge (financing charge for 2026 is €118.56 / year and is expected to be similar in coming years). Loan term 3 years (the final financing charge will be billed in 2028). About half of the renovation is already paid, this year’s charge being the largest instalment.

T:mi Heli Hedman will send the buyer detailed instructions for submitting the transfer tax declaration online.
