Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the offer that the seller has accepted as highest. Inspecting the property

Completing the sale

The time and place for signing the purchase contract will be agreed with the buyer separately. Payment of the purchase price and transfer of the shares take place at the signing appointment.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for any transfer tax payable under current tax practice.

Withdrawal from the transaction

If the sale does not proceed due to the fault of the offeror, the seller has the right to receive the agreed standard compensation, which in this auction is the same as the deposit.
