The southern lease plot (area 2 on the map) lies along the private road leading to Apajalahti. It is undeveloped, wooded with grove‑like character, and sits between two high rocky slopes in a quiet hollow. Near Hevossaarentie there is a small flat area by the private road that has been used for occasional car parking. Vehicular and pedestrian access through the lease area leads to the other part of the lease and to the Tähtiniemi trails. Area 2 is mostly flat and wooded and suitable for small movable lightweight buildings and structures.
