Inspection of the property
Before making a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the property, the documents and records, and the auction terms. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been observed during the preliminary inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information the seller knows and that can be expected to affect the sale.

Conclusion of the sale

The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed with the buyer separately. Payment of the purchase price shall take place at the signing. Statutory charges arising from the sale are the responsibility of the buyer.

Other costs
The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax according to the applicable tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

A buyer who refuses to complete the purchase must compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred in advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the transaction, in accordance with the Land Code.

The seller has the right to reject the highest offer.
