The seller undertakes to sell the property to the highest bidder.

The property is sold as a private sale between users. Huutokaupat.com is not a party to the transaction.

The buyer assumes responsibility for outstanding and unpaid housing company charges and equivalent payments amounting to €1,270.70.

Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. You may also participate in the auction in person by submitting a written offer to the seller. The seller undertakes to record all offers in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Inspection

Before making an offer the bidder is obliged to inspect the apartment and the company's documents and records. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been discovered on a prior inspection.

The apartment is sold in the condition it is in at the time of sale.

Information provided by the seller

The seller is not responsible for the accuracy or currency of the documents relating to the property. The seller confirms that they have given the buyer all information known to them that could reasonably be expected to affect the sale.

Conclusion of the sale

The time and place for signing the purchase deed will be agreed with the buyer separately. Payment of the purchase price and the share transfer will take place at the signing. The purchase deed must be signed by 23 December 2025. Ownership and possession transfer to the buyer once the full purchase price has been paid.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with current tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

If the sale does not proceed due to reasons attributable to the bidder, the seller is entitled to compensation of €1,000.
