The property is sold by upward bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 14 December 2025 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

Payment terms
The buyer must immediately pay the full purchase price into the Enforcement Authority's official escrow account. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the maker of the highest bid that has been accepted. The highest bidder must state on whose behalf the bid was made; otherwise the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.
If payment is not made within the time specified, the buyer must pay default interest on the entire purchase price in accordance with section 4, subsection 1 of the Interest Act until the purchase price is paid or a new sale takes place.
Encumbrances
One electronic mortgage deed (panttikirja) has been registered against the property in the amount of EUR 25,228.19. Mortgage rights on the sold property lapse and the charge remains in force. The electronic mortgage deed will be transferred to the buyer or to a person designated by the buyer.
Utilities and connections
At the time of preparing the sales brochure, the property has an electricity connection from Kajave Oy, a sewer connection to Vuottolahden sewage cooperative and a water connection to the Vuottolahden water association. Connections will transfer to the buyer if they are transferable at the time ownership is transferred. Service providers may, however, condition the transfer of connections on the settlement of any receivables related to the connections.
The buyer must pay directly to the service provider any outstanding charges related to the connections that the provider requires to transfer the connection.
