Next MOT December 2026, and I don’t see any reason it couldn’t be renewed this year!

The caravan has just come to us in part-exchange; the previous couple used it and travelled with it.

Structurally the caravan is in acceptable condition for its age. The main issue is that the lower panel on the driver’s side has been replaced (the previous owner had a small knock, so it was changed). No leaks or other problems are visible at that spot despite the replacement (see photos).

The living area is decent: cupboards etc. are intact and the interior is generally tidy with no sagging floor. Note that the living area is not like new but is neat for its age. One window has a small crack—see photos!

There are a few surface moisture marks, but the walls are solid in those places (see photos). The caravan does not have a mouldy or damp smell; it may only be paint lifting where there was "surface moisture".

On quick testing, the gas, water, electrical and heating systems work! According to the previous owner the fridge does not always work on gas (it does not always spark), but it works on electric.

Possibly cleaning the fridge controls could make it work on gas as well (accessible from outside, behind the grille).

The caravan easily sleeps 4–5 people; the sleeping places are made from the seating groups.

This is a suitable caravan to go straight on the road, and it does not require a powerful towing car—the caravan weighs only 1,200 kg.

A good wash would make it look even nicer 👌🏻

The caravan is in OK condition and the MOT is valid; it is not new nor like-new, but it does the job and the equipment works.
