The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation pursuant to Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment function. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the huutokaupat.com listing number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and the same conditions apply to it as to bids in the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 01 December 2025 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Lahti office (Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti) or by email to lahti.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

The object is sold by online auction with incremented bids on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase offers expires on 02 December 2025 at 10:00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase offer accepted to the auction has been made.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via huutokaupat.com, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. This should be agreed separately with the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 01 December 2025 at 12:00 at the address below. A written bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the bid’s maximum amount and the number of the object in the huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates.
