The property is sold in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com. The online auction ends on 6 December 2026 at 18:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid. A separate decision will be made on whether to accept the highest bid.

The seized property is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on www.huutokaupat.com. The sale ends on 6 December 2026 at 18:00 or two minutes after the last purchase offer. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the specified payment period. Failure to pay may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

Immediately after acceptance of the bid, the buyer must pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price into the Enforcement Authority’s official funds account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder whose highest bid has been accepted.

Payment terms of up to six weeks may be granted for the balance of the purchase price. During the payment period, the buyer must pay interest on the entire purchase price in accordance with Chapter 3, section 2 of the Interest Act. The annual interest rate under Chapter 3, section 2 of the Interest Act is currently 2.50%.

If it is not possible to submit bids through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority. It will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the bidding increment system. The written offer must be signed and state the bidder’s contact details, maximum offer and the item number on Huutokaupat.com to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted by 2 December 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Turku office, address Sairashuoneenkatu 2–4, 20100 Turku, or by email to erto.turku.uo@oikeus.fi.

The buyer acquires ownership of the property and the deed of sale is handed over only once the sale has become legally final and the purchase price has been paid in full.
