The deadline for submitting bids is 29 November 2026 at 18:00 (or 2 minutes after the last accepted bid).

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer. It will be added to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the bidding automation. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. It must be signed and state the bidder’s personal and contact details, the maximum amount offered and the item number on huutokaupat.com to which the offer relates. Submission of a written offer must be agreed with the enforcement officer in advance, and the offer must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority’s Lahti office, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti, by 25 November 2026 at 12:00 at the latest.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest.
The Enforcement Authority may, at its discretion, extend the deadline for submitting bids.

The buyer is responsible for any fees arising from the transfer of connection agreements.

The foreclosed property is sold by online auction with incremental bidding on www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase bids is 29 November 2026 at 18:00, or 2 minutes after the last purchase bid accepted for the auction has been submitted.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be added to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the bidding automation. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority by 25 November 2026 at 12:00 at the address below.
