AUTUMN campaign – last containers to clear from the yard!

The remaining containers from a container building dismantled in summer 2026 are now for sale. Space is needed in the yard – here is a container for your own use or renovation project!

The containers formed part of a single 24-container building. Depending on their condition and the modifications required, possible uses include a site cabin, storage unit or the frame of a garden sauna. Two or more containers can also be combined to create a larger unit.

For sale: container D with an entrance area, as a renovation project or for dismantling into materials.

PLEASE NOTE! The container has a strong odour and suspected moisture damage. The extent of the damage has not been determined. The buyer must be prepared to inspect the structures and carry out dismantling and repairs before any possible use.

The electrical cabinet and cables on the exterior wall are not included in the sale and the seller will remove them before collection. A high-quality Hästens motorised bed is included; the bed components have also suffered moisture damage. The motor is presumed to work, but its operation has not been verified.

One end of the container has an entrance area/canopy and the other has a window. The entrance area was part of the container building’s shared corridor, with open sections on its sides.

Suitable for a renovator or for anyone wishing to utilise the parts and materials. We recommend viewing the item on site before making an offer.

• Chipboard interior walls
• Mineral wool insulation in the walls and ceiling
• Original floor of vinyl flooring and chipboard, uninsulated. Container-specific exceptions are stated above.
• Electrical cabinet installed, connection with a three-phase plug

• Ventilation unit
• Soundproof wooden fire doors

The containers are used. Please study the photographs and the container-specific condition information. Viewing is possible by agreement.

COLLECTION AND TRANSPORT

The containers have already been separated, so the buyer only needs to have their own container loaded. A crane lorry can drive right next to the container. Lifting the containers has been possible, for example, with a crane lorry of approximately 20 tonne-metres; the buyer must confirm the suitability of the equipment with the transport company.

The collection point is one ferry crossing away. The ferry runs approximately every 15 minutes and can also accommodate heavy equipment.

The buyer arranges and pays for lifting and transport. Collection within 14 days of the auction ending, unless otherwise agreed.
