Method of submitting bids

The item will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com from 6 October to 27 October 2026. Registration is required to participate in the auction. The deadline for submitting bids is 27 October 2026 at 13:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids through the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement authority. This will be added to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The written bid must be signed and state the bidder’s contact details, maximum bid amount and the item number on www.huutokaupat.com to which the bid relates. The written purchase bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The bid must be submitted no later than 23 October 2026 at 10:00 to the Kouvola office of the Enforcement Authority, address: Vuorikatu 1, 45100 KOUVOLA, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi and maiju.ruohio@oikeus.fi.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price immediately. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

Payment terms

Purchase price

The purchase price must be paid without delay after acceptance of the bid (within 2 days of acceptance). The Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted. The highest bidder must state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the highest bidder will be deemed to be the buyer.

If payment is not made without delay after acceptance of the bid, the buyer must pay default interest on the entire purchase price in accordance with section 4(1) of the Interest Act until the purchase price has been paid or a new sale has been conducted. The current default interest rate is 9.50%.

Other information

The property has been seized and is sold by the enforcement officer through a private sale, applying, where appropriate, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and does not provide a comprehensive description of the item for sale.

Buyers are advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the item for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents before accepting a bid.

The buyer obtains title and a certificate of acquisition after paying the full purchase price. The property must be collected immediately after payment of the purchase price, and collection must be agreed in advance with the enforcement superintendent responsible.
