The movable property is sold in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com, ending on 6 November 2026 at 12:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid. The Senior Enforcement Inspector may accept or reject the highest bid made at the auction. After acceptance of the bid, the highest bidder must pay the full purchase price to the Enforcement Authority’s client funds account at Danske Bank, IBAN FI93 8129 9710 0163 61, using reference RF26 3960 0000 7012 62.

The property has been seized and is sold by the enforcement officer through a private sale in accordance with the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Instructions for registering the new owner:

- The Enforcement Authority will notify Arvo Investment Cooperative of the completed sale.

- The new owner must complete the share transfer/membership application form online. The buyer must complete the sections concerning themselves, i.e. the new owner’s details. In the additional information section, enter “purchased at an enforcement sale”.

- The buyer alone must sign the membership application.

- The application must include the certificate of acquisition issued by the Senior Enforcement Inspector and a receipt for payment of the transfer tax (1.5%).

- The buyer must submit the application and its attachments to Arvo Investment Cooperative.

Under the Cooperative Act and the cooperative’s rules, the Board of Arvo Investment Cooperative decides whether to approve the membership application. The Board processes new membership applications on average once a month. Notice of membership approval and registration of the shares will be sent separately by letter to the home address.

Terms of sale:

The property is sold in an online auction with ascending bids on www.huutokaupat.com. Registration is required to participate. The deadline for submitting bids is 6 November 2026 at 12:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest.

The enforcement officer separately decides whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for damages under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to conclude the sale or extend the sale period.
