Please note that this is an automatic translation. In case of any discrepancies between the original and this translated version, the original version shall prevail.

Oravais Teater is selling its 375-seat audience stand.

The stand may suit municipalities, event companies or theatre, music or sports associations needing spectator seating.

The stand was built in 1991 and has been used as the rotating stand at our summer theatre. The frame is steel and all wooden parts are pressure-treated wood. The stand is in usable condition. It has always been protected with tarpaulins in winter, and the tarpaulins are included in the sale. The stand has 15 bench rows. The benches are removable in sections and can be lifted out completely. All seats are numbered with small signs on the backrests. At the front of the stand there are reserved spaces for wheelchairs, and the stand has a removable ramp. A metal railing runs around the edges, and at the top there is a covered technical booth for 2–3 people, e.g. for operating sound and lighting equipment. On both sides of the technical booth there is also an unnumbered 16th bench row. There is a door at the back of the stand to facilitate maintenance.

The lower section of the stand has a diameter of 12.2 metres, and the stand is primarily sold for permanent installation. The rotating mechanism and motor are not included in the sale.

Dismantling and removal:
The stand may be completely dismantled or cut into larger modules for transport. The buyer is responsible for dismantling and removal, which must take place strictly between 12 July and 1 August 2027.

The concrete foundations may be left in place if the buyer is not interested in them.
