Timco 175 l 380 V INOX ultrasonic cleaner

Ultrasonic cleaning is based on powerful cavitation caused by ultrasound. Microscopic cavitation bubbles forming on the surface of the item being cleaned create powerful pressure impacts that effectively remove all unwanted contaminants without damaging the item itself. The item can be made of rubber, glass, metal, plastic, ceramics or even electronics. However, always check suitability before cleaning, e.g. in the case of spectacles.

Ultrasound removes dirt, grease and contaminants from many places that are impossible to clean using other methods, such as drillings, cavities and channels. This makes it ideal for cleaning carburettors and many other nearly impossible-to-clean items.

Before cleaning, select the desired temperature and cleaning time on the ultrasonic cleaner. For good results, we recommend using a cleaning solution specifically intended for the cleaner. You can also use plain water with a dash of washing-up liquid or another suitable solution. Vinegar, heating oil, hydraulic oil, solvent cleaner, etc. can also be used as the cleaning liquid. The process can be accelerated further by increasing the liquid temperature.
