Hyvän Kaupan Paikka proudly presents:

The magical favourite for home gardens: Arctic Grill Hut with Sauna!

What do Finns love most in summer and, actually, all year round? Sauna and barbecuing, of course. At Hyvän Kaupan Paikka, we decided to combine these two favourite pastimes, creating the Arctic Grill Hut with Sauna. This model fulfils two dreams at once. From the gentle steam of the wood-burning sauna stove, you can conveniently move over to grill for a while and, when you feel like it, continue sauna bathing seamlessly. This magical combination of grilling and sauna bathing could go on for hours! And although this may already sound like a TV-shop advert, that is not all. The hut is equipped with wonderful skylights, allowing you to enjoy the northern starry sky after dark. Thanks to the windows, daylight enters the hut gently, so you do not have to squint in the dimness during the day. Best of all, no electricity is required. It runs on firewood.

This hut creates memorable experiences for celebrations and brightens ordinary grey days. The order includes guaranteed stress relief, as you slip seamlessly into the sauna, even with the steak you have just grilled. Call this marvellously magnificent product to your garden: the Arctic Grill Hut with Sauna!

The best moments of winter and summer

A private garden sauna is a dream for many Finns. Sausages wrapped in foil on top of the sauna stones are always limp and never cook properly. It is wonderfully convenient when a fully equipped grill hut opens straight from the sauna door. It can also be viewed the other way round. What if you start craving a sauna while grilling? Simply add wood to the firebox and, half an hour later, you will already be enjoying glorious steam. In winter, the grill hut firebox warms the hut section, which serves as a changing room, while in summer the hut provides a pleasant place to cool down if the Finnish summer is not showing its best side and rain is falling horizontally across the garden. Whatever the weather, it is relaxing to grill and sauna in the Arctic Grill Hut with Sauna, whether it is summer or winter.

The great outdoors – through the skylight

Garden cabins are often fitted with easily scratched acrylic windows and translucent roof sheets. At Hyvän Kaupan Paikka, we are not keen on such materials and want to offer the best. The hut and sauna windows are double-glazed, while the skylights are made from 8 mm toughened glass, making them easy to keep clean. Through the windows, you can watch a live broadcast of the great outdoors around the clock. At night, admire the stars; by day, watch birds gliding past or garden trees swaying in the wind. The amount of light in the hut increases dramatically!

Compact use of space

The Arctic Grill Hut with Sauna is just the right size: the grill hut accommodates up to 12 people, and the sauna benches can seat 4 people. The grill hut has ready-made table surfaces for six, and the sauna can accommodate even more people if everyone makes room. The sauna’s sloping roof rises suitably above the benches, allowing even taller bathers to sit without hitting their heads. If you are particularly tall, the benches can be installed a few centimetres lower. The highest point of the grill hut is over 3 metres. There is no need to crouch while grilling. The smoke hood can be lowered if desired to ensure that all smoke is directed outside.

Round or straight

We make the Arctic Grill Hut with Sauna from handsome Finnish logs, 45 mm thick. Because we want your grill-hut sauna to suit your taste, you can choose either round logs (+€500) or straight-edged planed logs. For the sauna, we have selected the Harvia M3 stove with glass door, which brings a firelit glow to your sauna sessions. A water tank can also be ordered separately for the stove, heating the washing water in advance. If you plan to use plenty of water in the sauna, it is also worth ordering a floor drain channel for the sauna. Stove safety is ensured by the fire-safe flue package and stove protection walls included in the package. Always use fire carefully and responsibly.

Effortless, time-saving element delivery to your garden

Our Arctic Grill Hut with Sauna is not a small package; the complete unit is sizeable and heavy. That is why we deliver it to your garden mainly as ready-made elements. The roof, walls and floors are supplied as elements. The bottom timbers of the elements are pressure-treated, and the roofing felt is included in the delivery. The foundations are the customer’s responsibility, but to make this easier, you can order a pressure-treated plinth for the hut and sauna at an additional cost. The hut plinth comes in two elements, while the sauna plinth is particularly easy to build from pre-cut timber. The hut comes with instructions and building-permit drawings, which you can request in advance, so that when the delivery arrives you can get straight to assembling the Arctic Grill Hut with Sauna for sauna and grilling. You will need a drill, screwdriver, hammer, saw, tape measure, pencil and a good dose of patience and enthusiasm. Always study the instructions carefully before carrying out each stage of the work.

Someone is always on call

At Hyvän Kaupan Paikka, someone is always on call. We offer customer support 24 hours a day, seven days a week – in other words, 24/7. Few people build their garden cabin at night, but we can answer then too if anything about assembling the product causes confusion. The instructions supplied with the building packages help with assembly, and you can also find assembly videos on YouTube to make the construction work easier to understand. You will not be left alone with your garden building; we are here to support you!
