This VAT-deductible van needs a bit of work, but after that it will still be a good vehicle for a long time! Defects and other observations

On a short test drive, we observed the following:

  • The vehicle's gearbox needs to be replaced, or swapped for a working used one, and the four-wheel-drive control unit also needs replacing.

  • The car has been repaired extensively, initially due to the reasons found in the inspection and because the four-wheel drive was not working. The issues found in the inspection have been repaired except for the four-wheel drive, because while repairing it, it turned out that it had damaged the gearbox, which also needs replacing. To get the car back on the road and working properly, the gearbox and the four-wheel-drive control unit still need to be replaced.


No technical condition inspection has been carried out by us, and the functionality of all equipment has not been tested. The vehicle may have hidden defects that we did not notice during the test drive or inspection. It is possible to come and test drive the car and inspect it more closely on site.
