The item is sold in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 10.09.2026-01.10.2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid is decided separately.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer's obligation to pay the purchase price begins once the bid has been accepted. Payment is made by bank transfer. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made at the auction. The person who made the highest bid must, immediately after acceptance of the bid and on the same day, pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority's official funds account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. More detailed payment information will be provided to the buyer after acceptance of the bid.

If it is not possible to place a purchase bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the bidding system. The offer must be submitted to the Enforcement Authority in writing no later than 29.09.2026 at 12:00 to the address

The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply to it as in the online auction. The written purchase offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum bid amount and the item number on Huutokaupat.com to which the bid applies.
