Mercedes-Benz 190, 1986, Sastamala

Mercedes-Benz 190 for sale because I don't have the time to repair it myself. It has been out of use since after winter and is not inspected. I have noticed that a few rust spots on the sills/jacking points would need welding, and there are surely other issues if you want it roadworthy. During my ownership, the fuel pressure regulator, fuel pump, fuel filter and injectors on the fuel side have been replaced, and a used Jetronic airflow meter has been fitted. I have not adjusted the airflow meter settings; when cold it does not always want to idle, but once warmed up it idles well and runs well at higher revs too. Last summer a Pioneer AUX head unit was installed and all speaker wiring was renewed. By the previous owner, JBL speakers were fitted in the front and on the parcel shelf, but unfortunately they are not working at the moment; the fuse blows when the ignition is switched on, and it is the same fuse for the central locking, which stopped working at the same time. Not investigated.

There are many cosmetic flaws: the paint on the body has faded and the clear coat is damaged, the right front wing is badly rusted, has been patched and painted, the grille is cracked, the right front window regulator has failed, etc. Two sets of tyres. 5-speed manual. Please note this is a 40-year-old car and is certainly not without faults.
