Bids must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the bid that the seller has accepted as the highest. Conclusion of the sale


The property sale must be completed in the form laid down in the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the closing.


Other costs

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at the time.

Withdrawing from the sale

A party who refuses to proceed with the sale must, on the basis of the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the sale.
